Swedish rapper Yung Lean continues to brandish his unique brand of mumblecore for a brand new track called "Blue Plastic," shared today alongside a new video.
The video itself shows Lean in fancy dress at a party, surrounded by people — and yet deeply alone — sputtering the lyrics "Nobody wants to get it, but they're all foretold / Nobody gives a fuck, I'm not the one to talk." Havoc ensues when partygoers run to escape Lean, trampling each other in an effort to leave.
The Suzy and Leo-directed visual endeavour concludes with a shout-out to Lean's Sad Boys, with the final frame reading "Sad Boys Forever."
The Gad-produced "Blue Plastic" is Lean's latest track in a handful of singles released in 2019, following "First Class," Total Eclipse," "Creep Creeps" and "Red Velvet," all released via YEAR0001.
Lean's last record was 2018's Poison Ivy mixtape.
