Prog rock icons Yes are celebrating the music of their first 10 studio albums with their "Yestival" tour, and before it kicks off next month, the group have added some Canadian dates to the itinerary.
After making their way through the United States in August, Yes will hit Western Canada in early September, beginning with date at Vancouver's Queen Elizabeth Theatre on September 5. From there, they'll play back to back evenings in Edmonton and Calgary before heading eastward to London, ON's Budweiser Gardens.
A press release reveals that the sets from Yes will be made up of at least one song off each of their first 10 albums, from 1969's self-titled effort to 1980's Drama.
Support on the Canadian dates will come from Todd Rundgren, who released his White Knight LP earlier this year. Most shows also feature Carl Palmer's ELP Legacy, which will honour Keith Emerson and Greg Lake.
Tickets for the Canadian shows are on sale now, with further ticketing information available through the band's official website. Find the complete tour itinerary below.
