Tonight, Smashing Pumpkins are celebrating their 30th anniversary with a star-studded show in Holmdel, NJ. Videos from the event have been making their way online, and they include some surprising covers with big-name cameos.

Courtney Love was one of the night's guests, and she appeared alongside Smashing Pumpkins for covers of the classic Hole tunes "Celebrity Skin" and "Malibu."

Sugar Ray frontman and frosted tips connoisseur Mark McGrath was also in the building, and he joined Billy Corgan and co. for a rendition of the cheesy pop classic "Fly." He also helped out with a rendition of Judas Priest's "Breaking the Law."

Post-punk bassist Peter Hook, formerly of New Order and Joy Division, was also on hand to chip in on a cover of New Order's "Age of Consent" and Joy Division's "Transmission" and "Love Will Tear Us Apart."

As for Deftones frontman Chino Moreno, he helped out with a version of the Pumpkins' own "Bodies."

Watch the Instagram clips below. None of them are great quality, but they get the point across. What, no "Stairway to Heaven"?
