Shania Twain has another confession to make: she loves rock and roll. Perhaps in an altruistic attempt to repair CanadaFoo Fighters relations, the self-professed "huge rock fan" joined the band to perform "Best of You" — the penultimate song in their headlining set — at the first weekend of Austin City Limits festival.

Twain was another big marquee name on the fest's lineup and, according to Dave Grohl, "took a golf cart all the way up" to the main stage where Foos were performing after she finished her own set. It sounds like it was worth the trip for the country star, who called the experience of performing with the band "one off the bucket list."

"Firstly thank you to @foofighters for inviting me on stage — you are all so generous and ridiculously cool," she wrote on Instagram. "My first band was a rock band, my first big producer was one of the world's renowned rock producers, me and my son like to rock out. Totally worth the adrenaline fuelled run from my stage to yours Dave Grohl — you are a true friend and talent."
