Fans of Stranger Things are surely already jonesing for Season 2 of the Netflix hit, but until that arrives, they can keep their ears eerily entertained with another volume of the show's soundtrack.
Volume 1 and Volume 2 are both currently available digitally, and as previously reported, the first instalment of the soundtrack will see physical release on CD on October 14, followed vinyl on October 28. Now, details for part two have arrived.
The second instalment of the Stranger Things OST will see a North American CD release on October 28, followed vinyl pressings on November 18 through Lakeshore Records. In the UK, the CD and vinyl versions will arrive on November 4 and December 2, respectively, through Invada.
A vinyl box set collecting both volumes is reportedly in the works, but details have yet to arrive.
The soundtracks were composed courtesy of Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein of Austin synth project S U R V I V E.
Sadly, we don't think there was enough time to rework the soundtrack to include a bonus versions of the Stranger Things kids' Emmy-worthy rendition of "Uptown Funk."
