Massachusetts metalcore vets Unearth are currently out on the road performing a cross-section of cuts from all throughout their back catalogue, but they'll specifically be putting the focus on their 2004 set The Oncoming Storm on an upcoming 10th anniversary tour.
The newly announced trip follows this month's stretch of North American dates, which will hit up Quebec and Ontario starting this week. The Oncoming dates, meanwhile, find the group back out on the road between May and June, stopping in Canada again for appearances in Winnipeg, Regina, Edmonton and Calgary. These shows will find the act supported by Texas In July, Cruel Hand and Armed for Apocalypse.

A statement from Unearth singer Trevor Phipps has him noting that the outfit's sophomore set, which followed their 2001 debut The Stings of Conscience, was a game-changer for the group. It was their first full-length for iconic imprint Metal Blade Records, for one, and it helped put them on the heavy music map. As such, they'll be playing the record front-to-back on the anniversary dates, as well as a few other familiar goodies and some new tunes.
"That record created a lot of opportunities for us," he said, adding, "We've decided to honour our fans by playing it in its entirety for the first time ever. In addition to playing all the songs from [The Oncoming Storm], we will also be playing different songs nightly from our other albums as well as one off our new album which is due out later this summer."
Details on the band's next album have yet to be revealed, but as previously reported, it will be their first full-length for new label home eOne Music. Last year, guitarist Buz McGrath tweeted out that Lamb of God's Mark Morton popped off a bass solo for the platter.
