Though East Coast pop rockers Two Hours Traffic broke up in 2013, they've been slowly nursing a comeback over the past few years. And while they've played a couple of shows this year, they're hoping to bring more Canadian talent to their hometown of Charlottetown.

The band have a freshly made TikTok account, and inaugurated it in April by stitching a video made by the Arkells. In it, Max Kerman plays piano while saying that his band won't stop in PEI on their cross-Canada tour.

"Hey, to the people of Prince Edward Island, first of all, we love you. Second of all, make us an offer," Kerman says, before Two Hours Traffic frontman Liam Corcoran reminds Kerman that they used to play shows together when Arkells had a different name.

"We would love it if you could consider adding a PEI date to your Canadian tour," he said. "Maybe we could let our managers work something out, maybe you guys do a little opening set to warm up the stage for us, I don't know. That's all details, but would love to see you hit the island, and let's have a party."

Arkells' Canadian tour isn't due to start in earnest until October, so they still have plenty of time to make something happen with Two Hours Traffic. Watch the TikTok below.
