There's nothing like fantasizing about the slow descent into the depths of winter when you're stuffing bags of frozen peas into your clothes amid the dog days of summer.
Trois-Rivières MetalFest is making the chilly months sound all the more alluring by announcing the first wave of artists set to melt faces at Cogeco Amphitheatre for its 16th edition this November 10 and 12.
This year's headliners will be Martyr and Kataklysm, with additional scheduled performances from Vantablack Warship, DBC, Barf, Nova Spei, Sarkasm, Burning the Oppressor, Spirit of Rebellion and more acts to be announced in the coming weeks.
Tickets are on sale now; however, weekend passes and single tickets for November 10 are already sold out. For more information, visit the festival website.
