Sister rock duo Triples — aka Toronto's Eva and Madeline Link — are gearing up to release their full-length debut, Big Time, on Art of the Uncarved Block in October. They've now released a music video for single "Long Life."
"Long Life" is about gaining clarity and noticing the people around you who could have made a difference but stand by as things fall apart," says Eva.
The single-take video was directed by filmmaker Gabriela Osio Vanden, and stars Eva, who sings on empty Toronto streets during blue hour. The video's natural, laidback aesthetic bolsters the two-part harmonies, guitar hooks and breakbeats.
