Days ahead of kicking off their anticipated North American reunion run, the Walkmen have finally announced plans to let Canada in on their 2023 Revenge Tour.
A newly unveiled fall leg of the trek, following summer shows in Europe and the UK, finds the band on a western swing with stops in Seattle, Portland, Oakland and two nights at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles.
Following those shows, the Walkmen head to Toronto to play History on October 11. It could stand as the band's only Canadian performance this year, writing on Twitter in announcing the dates, "This may be our last tour announcement of the year."
Those looking to catch the Walkmen's reunion run can sign up for an artist presale via the band's official website, ahead of tickets going on sale to the general public Friday (May 19) at 10 a.m. local time.
The Walkmen announced plans to go on "extreme hiatus" in 2013 following a tour behind their sixth album, Heaven. In the time that followed, the band's Hamilton Leithauser, Peter Matthew Bauer and Walter Martin all pursued solo careers.
