Newly signed tween riot grrrl crew the Linda Lindas have returned with another song about a cat.
Marking their second single since striking a record deal with Epitaph, the California quartet — formed by Lucia (14), Eloise (13), Mila (10) and Bela (16) — have now delivered "Nino," named after singer-guitarist Bela's other cat (their recently released "Monica" was about the artist's siamese).
"It is finally Nino's time to shine," the back wrote of the song in a release. "If you listen carefully there is a real-life, remarkably talented cat named Lil Dude playing piano on it. (We have the footage!) Enjoy!"
Still no word from the girls about their debut album, but they've racked up a pretty decent selection of singles this year alone, including their most recent "Oh!" and their May breakthrough hit "Racist Sexist Boy."
While we wait for more on these young emerging artists, watch the Rob Fidel-animated video for "Nino" below
