Ahead of its official release next week, Speedy Ortiz have given listeners a chance to stream their Twerp Verse LP early.
Right now, you can hear the entire release through NPR right now over here.
Running 11 tracks in length, Twerp Verse marks the band's first full-length effort since 2015's Foil Deer. They also released EP Foiled Again in 2016, while frontwoman Sadie Dupuis released solo LP Slugger as Sad13 that same year.
Twerp Verse was initially written as a set of "lovey dovey" personal songs, though Dupuis ended up scrapping those following the U.S. election in the fall of 2016.
"Social politics and protest have been a part of our music from day one, and I didn't want to stop doing that on this album," she said in a statement.
Twerp Verse officially arrives April 27 through Carpark. Hear the entire album through NPR here.
