Snowbyrd

Sadly for San Antonio-based Snowbyrd (which is made up of neither Anne Murray fans nor Canadians who winter in Florida), only about three people decided that the NXNE bio piqued their curiosity enough to check out their set. Worse still for all those who missed a rollicking set of Southern-fried alt-country served up Texas style. Slide guitar, plaid shirts, cowboy boots and a drummer who was channelling Keith Moon made for a genuinely good rock’n’roll experience.
