If he's not making you pick up a plastic guitar and click your way through Guitar Hero then Slash is about to make a splash with the real thing by launching his newly designed range of Gibson guitars.
The Velvet Revolver string-man will create three limited edition axes that will consist of two Gibson and one Epiphone models, so there is appeal to both strata of the economy. The new line will be available as of April 1, 2008, but its expected that the small quantities won't last long.
"I have always been a Les Paul player and am very proud to have my own range produced by Gibson and Epiphone, the maker of the worlds greatest guitars," admitted Slash. "I hope that musicians around the world enjoy them as much as I do.
