Silverstein — Burlington, ON's purveyors of post-hardcore — have announced a North American tour for next year in support of their latest album, Misery Made Me. The trek with Dayseeker, SeeYouSpaceCowboy and One Step Closer includes Canadian stops in Ottawa, Quebec City, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon and Winnipeg.
"We're incredibly excited to come back to the US and Canada with some awesome bands, rocking out in some cities we don't get a chance to play every day!" the band shared in a statement. "We hand-selected all the openers as they're truly the best artists doing it in their respective genres right now. Make sure you come early and stay late! It's an amazing lineup. Get ready to experience a set of new and old classics, with the best production we've ever had to compliment [sic] it. We are leaving it all on the stage this tour, with our most elaborate and intense performance ever."
The run kicks off on home turf with shows at Ottawa's Bronson Centre on March 30 and Quebec City's Imperial Bell on March 31 ahead of eventually making its way to Vancouver's Commodore on April 26, Edmonton's Midway on April 28, Calgary's Palace Theatre on April 29, Saskatoon's Coors Event Centre on April 30 and Winnipeg's Park Theatre on May 2. Silverstein will finish the rest of the dates on the other side of the border, capping things off in Grand Rapids, MI, on May 7.
Tickets go on sale Friday (December 9) at 10 a.m. local time via the band's website.
