Though his incredibly chill demeanour at the Met Gala tells a different story, things have not been going all that great for Sean "Diddy" Combs these days. In recent years, he was arrested for assault before being cleared of charges. Then he had to cancel his Bad Boy anniversary tour. Now, he faces some serious sexual harassment allegations from a former employee.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Diddy's former chef Cindy Rueda is suing the rap mogul for sexual harassment, retaliation, defamation, failure to pay overtime and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit alleges that Diddy forced her to cook him a "post-coital meal" while he was naked. At that point, he asked her to "look at and admire his genitals."

Further, Rueda says she routinely worked from 9 a.m. to midnight without being paid proper overtime.

When Rueda complained about the working conditions to Combs's estate director Stacy Friend, she says she was "lured into a situation where she could be accused of theft and ultimately terminated."

Specifically, Rueda says Combs's executive housekeeper offered her a watch that she claimed was found in the trash. The watch was then used to accuse Rueda of theft.

Rueda is seeking damages for unpaid wages and overtime, plus punitive damages and an injunction to prevent future employees from being inaccurately classified as exempt.
