Markham, ON's Safe to Say are moving onwards and upwards. The emotive post-hardcore four-piece just inked a deal with New Damage Records in Canada and SideOneDummy Records in the U.S., and they will release a new EP through these labels later this month.
Hiding Games will be out on July 31. It was produced by the band themselves, and a press release says that it contains "six reverb-drenched, impossible-to-forget songs."
Scroll past the tracklist below to stream the opening cut "Summer Sickness" [via Alternative Press]. The song begins with fragile balladry, but it's not too long before it explodes with pummelling crescendos.
Also below, see Safe to Say's tour schedule. They will be touring North America with Young and Heartless and WATERMEDOWN this summer, which will bring them to numerous U.S. cities plus Toronto. In September, Safe to Say will return to Toronto for Riot Fest.
