It seems that no matter how old you get, once you've delved into the world of rock'n'roll, certain musicians have a real hard time shaking all that bad boy stuff. Take a look at Rolling Stones guitarist Ron Wood, who was recently arrested on alleged domestic assault charges.

According to various reports, 62-year-old Wood was arrested on suspicion of assaulting girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova. The 20-year-old claims Wood attacked her during a heated argument Wednesday (December 2) night. Wood had recently divorced from his wife Jo after 24 years together.

Wood was questioned by police in Claygate, Surrey in Southeast England and spent the night in jail before being released on bail.

In a statement, a Surrey police spokesperson said, "We can confirm that a 62-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault in connection with a domestic incident," adding they can "confirm that there was an incident last night and that Ronnie Wood was arrested. He has since been released on police bail."

A Stones spokesperson confirmed the arrest but declined to comment any further.

Strangely enough, this bit of news comes only days after Ivanova allegedly told the UK press that the Stones would be touring in 2010
