As the title would lead you to believe, this release is composed of all-ska instrumentals. They do some nice covers, and some well arranged originals complete with some excellent, juicy solos. What irks me, though, is the occasional time when they start to sound too much like big band jazz; that style has never quite sat well with me. Other than that, this release is solid. "Felix" is a sweet rock steady number and "Watch Your Back" brings in some tasty bongo work. Some tracks are recorded live but you can't tell, as the sound is quite clean throughout. A good record to wake up beside in the morning.
