Halifax-based duo Owl, made up of Matthew Macdonald (formally of the Superfantastics) and Vanessa Murnaghan, have released their debut EP, Chants (The Vibrations in the Street Keep Me Weak in the Knees), and they're offering it up for free.
The seven song EP mixes Macdonald's electronic arrangements with Murnaghan's soft melodies to a point that lies somewhere between MGMT and the Postal Service.
