News recently surfaced that My Bloody Valentine are busy working on a new full-length album, as well as all-analog versions of the shoegaze group's classic full-lengths Isn't Anything and Loveless. While we so far do not have word on exactly when we might expect that brand new studio album, the long-in-the-works reissues have now just been announced.
This afternoon (October 6), My Bloody Valentine confirmed the release of the purely analog reissues, which will arrive on 180-gram vinyl on January 18.
Here's the product description from the band:
180 gram vinyl album mastered from analog tapes using Studer A80 VU PRE and Neumann VMS 80 cutting lathe for full analog signal path.
Comes in a heavy weight tip-on style gatefold sleeve with poly lined printed inner sleeve.
The group also add, "This vinyl is purely an analog cut and therefore does not include a download."

The band's last album remains 2013 reunion effort m b v, though it was recently revealed that band leader Kevin Shields is currently "working on material for a new my bloody valentine album to be released in 2018," according to a festival bio.
We have a feeling, though, that Stranger Things actor/indie bro Finn Wolfhard isn't really stoked about any of this.
