This documentary is more suited to the diehard Murder City Devils fans than those who are looking to get into them through this hour-long DVD. There's a lot of time wasted on unnecessary details instead of focusing on in-depth interviews or antics that the band is supposedly notorious for. Does anyone really need to know about the band's roadie Gabe? Through shitty sound quality and shaky videotaping, the shining moments are the concert clips, like when lead singer Spencer Moody ends up on his back with a PVC-clad fan grinding on top of him. This documentary would be a nice addition to a fan's collection but it probably wouldn't be watched too often. (MVD, www.musicvideodistributors.com)
