Winter is right around the corner, but Montreal punk fans have already started looking forward to the spring thanks to the return of Pouzza Fest. The three-day event will bring a heap of punk bands to Montreal between May 17 and 19.

Among the acts on board for the latest edition of the event are reunited '90s emo outfit Braid and Canadian screamo heroes Grade, along with White Lung, Lemuria, the Ataris and Teenage Bottlerocket. Also hitting the fest are MXPX, American Steel, Big D and the Kids Table, Transit, Saint Alvia, Citizen, Diamond Youth, Masked Intruder, Ann Beretta, Crusades, Guerrilla Poubelle, and Real Friends. All told, there will be over 150 bands in 10 different venues, and today's announcement only covers the first batch of confirmed acts.

Pouzza Fest is currently selling three-day passes for $60 (these don't include access to Club Soda or Metropolis), while pre-sale VIP passes cost $115. You can pick up those up here.

The festival's full schedule has yet to be confirmed, but you can check out a lengthy list of bands over at the Pouzza Fest website. Expect more lineup additions in the coming months.
