Metallica Announce Massive 30th Anniversary '…And Justice for All' Box Set

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Sep 6, 2018

Metallica's iconic 1988 album …And Justice for All turns 30 this year, and the band are treating it to a deluxe box set. The sprawling reissue set is due out November 2.

The deluxe package includes a remastered version of the album in CD and double-LP formats, plus three live LPs, a "One" picture disc, 11 CDs and four DVDs of unreleased content (including demos, rough mixes and interviews), and MP3 downloads of all audio.

If that wasn't already enough, the package throws in a tour laminate, four patches, a Pushead print, lyric folder, and a 120-page hardcover book featuring previously unseen photos.

The set is currently available for pre-order here.

It follows a series of similar box-set reissues from the band — not to mention the release of Metallica's own "Blackened" whiskey brand, which takes its name from the opening track on …And Justice for All.
