M.I.A. Goes on Anti-Vax Rant, Compares Alex Jones to "Every Celebrity Pushing Vaccines"

She attempted to connect Pfizer to WMDs, the 2008 financial crash and Google

M.I.A. has gone on a Twitter rant equating conspiracy theorist Alex Jones with celebrities who support vaccines.

Following the news that the InfoWars host must pay nearly $1 billion USD in damages for spreading disinformation about the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, M.I.A. used the opportunity to spread anti-vax views in a series of tweets that attempts to draw a link between Pfizer, Alex Jones, weapons of mass destruction (WMDs), the 2008 financial crash and Google.

Her string of false equivalences is made even stranger by the fact that she's seemingly suggesting Jones is being treated unfairly. She wrote, "If Alex jones pays for lying shouldn't every celebrity pushing vaccines pay too?" She added, "Alex Jones lying and Pfizer lying both trending. One with penalty other without."
