The Lovely Feathers

Montreal's Lovely Feathers had the unenviable task of closing out a six-band bill in the wee hours of the morning but their retro dance-pop won over a still-rambunctious crowd. The band in turn were appreciative, playing familiar material like the Clash-inspired "Ossified Homes" and bounding about the stage energetically. Occasionally explosive, the young band's penchant for eclectic pop flourishes served them well.
