The sexy Vancouver singer celebrated the release of her new disc, Cine-Magique, during this sultry mid-week show with a few friends in tow, including a three-piece string section, a 60s French film star look-alike back-up singer, a keyboardist and hubby/guitarist Jose Miguel Contreras of By Divine Right. Frost plied her trade of Parisian melodies, bossa nova rhythms and songs of love and the act of falling in love. Unfortunately, a lush and dreamlike set list didnt go over as well as it should have with the semi-drunk audience, but songs such as "Enchantment and the 50s girl group-esque "Priscilla won the crowds attention.
