Justin Broadrick Reunites Godflesh

Atmospheric metal busybody Justin Broadrick has decided that his current involvement in Greymachine and Jesu is not enough to satiate his appetite for hard work. As a result, he's reunited his old outfit, industrial metal innovators Godflesh, who called it quits in 2002.

As Brooklyn Vegan points out, the group are reuniting for a European appearance at France's Hellfest, which is happening from June 18 to 20 next year. Godflesh will be joining an epic cast of metal and hardcore giants, including Kiss, Twisted Sister, Sick of It All, 7 Seconds, Agnostic Front and many others.

The full line-up can be viewed here.

Since Godflesh have not yet made any official statement, it's unknown if this is just a one-off reunion or if they have plans to tour and release new material. If you're a huge Godflesh fan though, it might be wise to book your ticket to France early, just in case. After all, the Hellfest website says its their "only show in Europe."
