Canadian rhymeslayer Josh Martinez has been going strong in support of his latest LP, Blotto, having already released a video earlier this year in the form of the Evil Ebenezer-assisted cut "Ashes." Now, the Halifax-bred MC has unveiled another clip. Watch "Cross That Road" now on Exclaim.ca.
In this artily done music video directed by Sapient and produced by Artistic Outlet Media, watch as the fast-rising rapper wanders aimlessly through a psychedelic fever dream while on a writing retreat in the forest. It's all very Lars Von Trier-esque, especially once Martinez encounters his dark doppelgänger, who appears to zap him of all his creative power.
