Everyone and their mom (and Steven Tyler) knows Toronto's Jessie Reyez can sing, but she recently showed off her MC skills on Eminem's Kamikaze. Now, she's putting both talents to use on a new song called "Dear Yessie."
It opens with Reyez declaring, "This is the realest I've ever been." She then launches into bars about lovers, family loyalty, snakes, fame, whiskey and politics.
Give it a listen below.
It follows "F*** Being Friends," and will also appear on her upcoming EP Being Human in Public, which lands October 19 via Island/FMLY.
