Jack White has now formally announced his album No Name, which he previously distributed to unsuspecting Third Man Records shoppers and encouraged fans to pirate.

No Name will hit streaming services this Friday (August 2). It will be in Third Man's brick-and-mortar stores on Thursday (August 1), followed by other indie retailers the day after. Online orders will begin on Friday as well.

The 13-song tracklist and artwork, which emerged online this week after copies were sold from the merch booth of White's live show, have now been confirmed as legit.

White recently performed a fundraiser to help Nashville's American Legion Post 82 buy a new PA system. It is possible that the whole thing was a hint for the 8/2 release date? Knowing White, anything's possible.

No Name:

1. Old Scratch Blues
2. Bless Yourself
3. That's How I'm Feeling
4. It's Rough on Rats (If You're Asking)
5. Archbishop Harold Holmes

8. Tonight (Was a Long Time Ago)

10. Number One With a Bullet
11. Morning at Midnight
