Hedley frontman Jacob Hoggard currently faces three sex-related charges, but his court case has once again been put over to next month.

Originally slated to be heard in court back in August, the case was pushed to September, then further delayed until October. After a brief hearing in Toronto this morning, the court date has now been pushed to November 7.

As previously reported, Hoggard was arrested in July and charged with one count of sexual interference and two counts of sexual assault causing bodily harm. Three separate incidents allegedly occurred in the Toronto area in 2016, involving a woman and a girl under the age of 16.

In addition to the three charges currently before the court, a number of other sexual misconduct allegations were levelled against Hoggard earlier this year.

Hedley have since gone on indefinite hiatus.
