Happy TIFF everyone! Even if that means nothing to you, it's fine — the week's best new Canadian music is bound to make you go: "My life a movie."

Snotty Nose Rez Kids are feeling like a million bucks, a l l i e goes "Incognito" and TOBi teams up with Mikky Ekko to soundtrack the calm before the storm — much like the hopeful warmth Hamilton's Affiliate Links is bringing to the end of summer.

It's also most definitely comeback season, with Nickelback (nickel)back and heavier than ever on their first new music in five years, and Dragonette plotting her first album in six years.

This week in album releases, we have new full-lengths from Preoccupations (Arrangements) and Greber (Fright Without), as well as Exclaim! New Faves alum Booter making their 10/10 debut. On the short king (EP) side of things, Twin River return after six years with When We Think About Time, which really does make you think about time.

Start the old-timey projector countdown and get cinematic with The Eh! List below, presented by Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters — all Canadian and proud of it!
