Reunited post-hardcore aggressors Head Wound City are shrieking their way back into our hearts this spring with the release of their first full-length, A New Wave of Violence. Until then, they can be seen attempting to bury the past in a new music video for its "Scraper."
Written and directed by Eva Michon, the short film finds a mysterious leader figure solemnly taking the Head Wound crew across a desert plain in a pickup truck. While a nighttime burial is presented in black-and-white, an eerie and decidedly jazzy interruption presents itself mid-clip.
You'll find the shotgun-and-shovel toting, punk-scored video for "Scraper" down below.
As previously reported, A New Wave of Violence sees release May 13 through Vice. The band will hit up Canada not soon afterwards during a tour with Savages.
