Returned post-hardcore supergroup Head Wound City have revealed another batch of tour dates supporting their forthcoming full-length, A New Wave of Violence. In addition to a U.S. headlining tour starting later this month, the quintet will be travelling North America this spring with UK unit Savages.
Though Savages had unveiled the tour schedule back in January, Head Wound City confirmed their opening slot on the trip today (March 1) in an Instagram post. The dates bring the band into Canada this May for shows in Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. These mark the first Canadian shows for Head Wound City.
You'll find the date and venue details for both of Head Wound City's upcoming trips down below.
As previously reported, A New Wave of Violence is the follow-up to Head Wound City's self-titled EP from 2005. The 10-track release was recorded in San Diego with producer Ross Robinson (At the Drive-In, Slipknot) and has been teased with a stream of album track "Scraper."
A New Wave of Violence will be released May 13 through Vice.
