Myspace birthed arguably most of this millennium's eyeliner-and-razorblade music, and Hawthorne Heights are paying tribute to that era with a 20th anniversary tour celebrating their debut album, The Silence in Black and White.
They'll bring Thursday, Saosin, Anberlin, I See Stars, Cartel, Stick to Your Guns, Emery and This Wild Life along for the ride on select dates of what they've dubbed the 20 YEARS OF TEARS tour, with a decent chunk of those bands showing up for the single Canadian performance on the trek: Pickering, ON, on September 8.
The rest of the shows take place stateside — not even a Toronto stop! It's honestly a pretty refreshing itinerary the further you look down the schedule; lots of towns and cities off the beaten path are finally getting their dues. HH certainly know their audience.
Tickets are on sale this Friday, April 19, at 10 a.m. local time here. Check out the announcement below.
