They'll play shows in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal this fall

BY Megan LaPierrePublished May 16, 2022

After celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album last year, Gorillaz are heading out on a North American tour in 2022 for the first time in four years — and yes, the venture will bring them to Canada for a handful of dates.

The fall trek kicks off at Vancouver's Rogers Arena on September 11 ahead of making its way to Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on October 6 and Bell Centre in Montreal on October 8. Things will wrap up on October 23 in Miami, FL, with Jungle stepping in for support at the tail-end. Otherwise, EarthGang will open the shows.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday (May 20) via Ticketmaster, following a presale (with the code FINALE) beginning on May 19.
