Following recent news that Justin K. Broadrick would be bringing his Godflesh project to this year's Pop Montreal festival, the long-running industrial metal act have now announced more fall dates that will have them travelling with equally impactful noisemaker Prurient.
The recently, ahem, fleshed-out tour schedule has the acts kicking off the North American trek in Atlanta. While most of the shared dates take place in the U.S., there are two Canadian concerts on the docket. Along with the previously announced appearance at Montreal's Le National on September 18, Godflesh and Prurient will treat Toronto to a set at the Opera House the next night.
You'll find all of the travel plans down below.
Godflesh will be supporting last year's A World Lit Only by Fire. An Exclaim! review praised the "bleak, nihilistic" approach of the LP, and gave it a perfect score when it was released last fall.
Prurient (a.k.a. soundscaper Dominick Fernow), issued his Frozen Niagara Falls earlier this month via Profound Lore.
UPDATE: The tour has now been fleshed out a bit more, with the addition of a few more dates, including one in Vancouver. You can see the full, updated schedule below.
