The Odd Future crew have got just about as much attention for their reckless, bad boy attitudes as for their music. It seems as if their rep is catching up with them, as smooth-singing associate Frank Ocean was picked up by police and jailed last night (April 28).
Though the reason Ocean was tossed in the clink is unspecified, he has since been released and he's super-pissed. The singer has since been on a Twitter tirade about his lock-up experience.
"Just got out of jail," he wrote over a series of tweets. "Would like to go on record saying..fuck the police. fuck LAPD to be specific. fuck a cop, non-stop."
From thereon, Ocean lambastes the LAPD for picking him up.
"Frank will never speak to a cop again in his natural life," he continued. "I have no respect for police. I swear if i weren't sane in mind I'd throw a fuckin molotov in a cop car right now."
We can only assume the details on this are to come, but it's without question that Ocean is none too happy about what happened last night.
"Somebody bring the LA riots back," he quipped angrily.
In more positive news, at least dude is working with Nas.
Thanks to Rap Radar for the tip.
