Fatboy Slim's 10-year-old daughter Nelly Cook has made her musical debut as Fat Girl Slim. The young DJ introduced herself to the world as a part of Camp Bestival's "Stay at Home" Easter Sleepover, posting a 53-minute set to her dad's Facebook page earlier this month.
Within the first few minutes of her set, the little DJ showed off her chops, sampling Greta Thunberg, Mr. C the Slide Man's "Cha Cha Slide," Dua Lipa and more.
"Nelly has watched me DJ for all of her 10 years on the planet and one day thought, 'How hard can this be?'" her dad, Norman Cook, wrote in a post.
Nelly and Norman set her tables up in their kitchen and got the cameras rolling for her premiere performance. The video features Nelly's gear being held up by cans of beans, Fortnite dances, her dad stepping in for a couple of assists and a handful of goofy costume changes.
