The notoriously metal Phoebe Bridgers has been using Disturbed's "Down with the Sickness" as her entrance music for over a year now. But naturally, it takes a Taylor Swift-sized stadium show for the masses — and Disturbed themselves — to take note.

When Bridgers opened for the pop star's Eras Tour dates in Nashville over the weekend, a viral video of her nu metal-infused entrance to the stage caught the attention of the band's David Draiman.

"This is absolutely amazing," the frontman, who recently made his post-divorce Tinder debut before deleting the "dumpster fire" of an app, tweeted at Bridgers on Saturday (May 6). "Love it! You're welcome to come see our show whenever you want!"

For her opening slot on Friday (May 5), the singer-songwriter brought out her fuckboygenius bandmates Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus for a rendition of "Not Strong Enough" and played her Red (Taylor's Version) collaboration "Nothing New" with Swift later in the show. The pop star announced that Speak Now (Taylor's Version) is coming out on July 7.

The following night, the boys did the record cut "Cool About It." Bridgers also had Blondie's reported new beau Matty Healy in her band (cue the polycule rumours). Sunday's (May 7) opening slot was cancelled due to weather, which delayed Swift's set by four hours.
