Fronted by the bastard child of Joan Jett and Kurt Cobain, this raucous trio were clearly energised by a voluminous crowd. Singer/guitarist Care Failure belted out her metal-tinged rockers with reckless abandon and plenty of crowd contact, verbal and physical, as she constantly thrust her emaciated self into the sweaty masses and used the monitors as her personal diving board. The songs were fluid, catchy bouts of looseness that seemed to teeter on the edge of breaking down entirely, making their scant half-hour in the spotlight even more enthralling.
