Former Danity Kane/Diddy-Dirty Money member Dawn Richard got back to her solo game last week via the release of her retro-tinged Goldenheart LP, and you can see the R&B singer use the album title quite literally in the forest-set new vid for single "'86."
There's a lot of action going on in the leafy patch of land Richard finds herself in. She catches a bunch of women slow-vogueing on some uprooted tree stumps, gets into an elegantly choreographed battle with a pair of chain-mail sporting thugs, and, as hinted at up above, manages to stumble upon the titular golden organ. The fantasy-pop element of the synthy track gets bumped even further once we discover Richard, now sporting a studded leather muzzle, is slowly making her way towards a glowing castle.
