David Byrne and Wim Wenders Are Working Together on a New TV Series

The anthology project is called 'This Is Music'

Beloved Talking Heads leader David Byrne and beloved film director Wim Wenders are joining forces for a new anthology TV series. While in the very early stages, the show is called This Is Music.

Also attached to the project are Norwegian filmmakers Joachim Trier (Louder Than Bombs) and Julie Andem (Skam), Variety reports, and the series is being produced by Norway's Oslo Picture.

This Is Music is being created by created by Bjørn Olaf Johannessen, who wrote Wenders' 2015 feature Every Thing Will Be Fine, and Wenders and Byrne are both set to direct episodes, along with Trier and Andem.

As Variety reports, the project is being pitched at the upcoming Berlinale Series Market, which runs from March 2 to 5. So at this point, the future of This Is Music is very murky, so it's a big stay tuned.
