As we previously told you, Toronto, ON electro badasses Crystal Castles are preceding their game-changing new LP with a vinyl-only single on Record Store Day. The twelve-inch "Doe Deer" single will drop on April 17, which is around the same time they'll play their first shows of 2010. Now, the duo have announced they're adding to that live schedule, and will be teaming up with L.A.'s HARD Festival for a rip-roaring summer tour.
Known simply as the HARD Summer Tour, the travelling show will see the group play alongside Mad Decent dubstep whiz Rusko, UK producer Sinden and HARD head honcho Destructo for a run of North American dates in August.
In addition to stops all over the United States, the four bands will emerge in Canada for shows in Toronto (August 14) and Montreal (August 15). Possibly the best night on the tour, however, will be the Los Angeles performance on August 7, which will be a full-out HARD Summer Music Festival. That means Diplo, Tiga, Digitalism, Soulwax and Green Velvet will join the already killer line-up.
