"They call me Captain Jaded/but this band is overrated” is a perfect couplet to hear in the middle of a music festival. Page is the singer/songwriter in the venerable punk pop band the Stand GT, as well as the real-life guy behind the now-defunct the Glen Nevous Retraction. Debuting songs from his new album on Kelp, Page didn’t need a band behind him at all to let the songs speak for themselves.
