Toronto rock'n'roll outfit Catl. went on an indefinite hiatus earlier this year, but this turned out to be a relatively short break, since they have rolled out a new video filmed on a U.S. tour last month. It's for "Gotta Thing for You" from last year's Soon All This Will Be Gone.
The Jonathan Lawley-drected clip for this garage blues cut finds the duo of Jamie Fleming and Sarah Kirkpatrick travelling through the American South and playing shows. The lo-fi DIY footage shows the pair driving down highways, eating at diners, performing live shows and even swinging by Jack White's Third Man Records facility in Nashville, TN.
Check out the clip below.
Catl. have a couple of performances scheduled for this week at Toronto's NXNE. They will play the Exclaim! Patrio Day Party at the Menalon on July 15, followed by the Exclaim! showcase that same night at the Horseshoe Tavern.
