Earlier this month, Casper Skulls' drive down to SXSW was marred by a car crash caused by a reckless driver, leaving their tour van totalled. Though no band members were hurt and they were able to pull together cash to complete their trip to Austin in a rental, the Toronto four-piece are now looking to crowdfund cash for a new vehicle ahead of a West Coast tour next month.

The band have launched an Indiegogo campaign with the goal of raising $7,000 for a new van before their tour is set to kick off on April 18. Casper Skulls' itinerary includes stops in Western Canada, in addition to Chicago, Detroit, Portland, San Francisco and Seattle, with the last stop including a live session at storied radio station KEXP.

Those who are able to contribute are able to choose from a variety of campaign perks, spanning from T-shirts, show tickets and vinyl, to a private show and a "family dinner" cooked by the band.

As of press time, the campaign has raised $842 CAD. Find Casper Skulls' tour itinerary and pledge video below, and get further details on the campaign and perks here.
