Dan Snaith is bringing his Caribou project back into the limelight this fall, but ahead of the October 7 release of Our Love, he's putting the focus on first "Can't Do Without You." We'd heard the LP version a while back, and now he's rolled out a mesmerizing extended mix.
The long run plays similarly to the original, with the biggest difference seemingly being that it starts off with a couple extra minutes of mellow keyboards, a lightly bumping beat and that infectious falsetto vocal hook.
You'll hear the track expand into a brilliant swell of synth noise and chopped vocals down below.
Our Love arrives October 7 through Merge, but both "Can't Do Without" and its extended mix are available to buy digitally through Beatport and on a limited 12-inch of the latter is available through Snaith's Jiaolong.
