Just the other day, Winnipeg pop group Royal Canoe had essentially all their gear stolen in Montreal. Now Vancouver rock crew Black Mountain have also become the victims of theft while out on the road.

This morning (October 26) the band revealed via their socials that they were robbed while in Gothenburg, Sweden, where they were playing a show in support of their Polaris-nominated IV.

Black Mountain did not share a whole lot of details surrounding the theft, but they did list off a bunch of the stolen gear. As you can see in the post below, this includes several synths, as well as a handful of guitars and various other pieces of gear.

So far, it does not appear that the band are cancelling any of their shows due to the theft, and they are set to play in Stockholm tomorrow. You can see all their upcoming tour dates here.

The Gothenburg show marked the first show of Black Mountain's last tour of the year.

UPDATE (10/26, 1:50 p.m. EDT): Down below, you can now see a detailed list of gear stolen from Black Mountain. As you'll see, the band indeed lost an incredible amount of gear.

UPDATE (11/02, 3 p.m. EDT): Black Mountain have now launched a PledgeMusic campaign to help make up for the devastating loss. You can learn more about the campaign here.
